Exhibiting at Manufacturing World Nagoya 2026: New Possibilities for Diamond and Tool Brazing Processes for PCD, PCBN and Single Crystal Diamonds

At the exhibition held recently, we exhibited Pin Power’s vacuum brazing system. We had many interested visitors and listeners, thank you! Due to issues in the industry many are facing such as labor shortages, skill transfer, and work safety, there was a strong sense of interest in reviewing the brazing process. Under the theme of Creating a sustainable manufacturing site by processing the knowledge of craftsmen, we have introduced the following solutions.

Changes seen through the exhibition

At this exhibition, we received a lot of interest not only as a vacuum brazing device, but also as a solution to essential issues at manufacturing sites. In Japanese the term 3K has been historically referred to as kitanai - dirty, kiken – dangerous – kitusi – demanding. With the introduction of Pin Power system we introduced Labor saving through automation, eliminating personal dependency by simplifying work, reducing hazardous work, and acquiring skills in a short period of time. These are all key elements in the journey towards a sustainable manufacturing site.

At the demonstration center in Sakuragi-cho, Yokohama City, we accept prototype evaluation of brazing. We can also test using actual tools and workpieces, so please feel free to contact us if you have any issues or projects you are considering. The Pin Power system is optimized to braze PCD, PCBN, Single Crystal HPHT and CVD Diamonds.
